I do not feel seen or heard by the dentist. He attacks the problem then disappears. I totally misunderstood treatment plan. I repeated what I thought was going to happen but was not corrected in my understanding. I thought he was going to pull #1 and then #2 if needed but after he said there was infection and the tooth was loose. He never said anything like that before he pulled the tooth. The first time he gave me a filling on #6. He wanted to do a crown but I have been unhappy with crowns in the past so he did he filling for me.He did the filling but did not go all the way down on the distal side so I still have a problem in that area. I also seem to have an area after my cleaning that my have knocked some of the filling loose on the lingual side. Temple Dental Spa is awesome. Veterans sacrifice their life and family for this great country. It’s nice to come home and get great and professional care for our health. Temple Dental Spa just doesn’t treat you with respect and professional care but awesome like you are part of their family. Dr. Luong has been my dentist since he began his private practice in Temple roughly 7 years ago, and I can honestly say that I totally trust him in with my dental plan(s) and treatment.  He is open, honest, professional, offers realistic procedure pricing, and is genuinely interested in all people have good dental care.  He has put together a team of hygienists and office management that work together very well making my visits pleasant vs. dreaded. I have a lot of anxiety over the dentist,.but I had a great experience here. The dentist listened to me when I told him I felt something, and they did everything to make sure I was comfortable. For as much as I hate going to the dentist, I actually tolerated more than I usually do..I attribute that to the staff. Even the people at the desk were kind, empathetic, and understanding. Found a new dentist, Dr. Huq is absolutely amazing with super gentle hands. My dental assistant Jaz was so sweet and gentle as well. The treatment coordinator Vicky was so funny, sweet and awesome in getting me back on the schedule to get my treatment done. Recommend 100% to make them your dental home!
